Purifications
At Rilas, we sit at the convergence of highperformance liquid-chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS), leveraging both to their full extent in multiple applications. We use HPLC-UV and HPLC-MS during and after our purifications to ensure the highest quality of product possible, whether it be for traditional medicinal chemistry small molecules, peptides, proteins, or numerous other analyte classes.
Analyses
In addition to our purification services, we offer a suite of LCMS-based analytical services for each of the analyte classes we purify! Whether it’s small molecule reactivity half-life measurements, peptide stability assessment, or protein structure analysis, we provide a comprehensive analytical package to go with your purified compounds.
We also run these analyses independent of purification, so if you’ve got a compound library to QC we’re here to help.
Chiral Services
In addition to our achiral purification and analytical services, we offer a suite of Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) based chiral purification and analytical services. Whether you need one milligram or hundreds of grams pure enantiomers of your target molecule Rilas is your partner. When you are working on chiral synthesis and you want to know how successful your process is contact us for chiral purity analysis using our SFC/MS based analytical system.
In addition to the chiral purification and chiral purity assessment our SFC based Experimental Polar Surface Area (EPSA) measurements will help you guide your lead optimization effort toward balancing potency and cell permeability.
