Purification Consulting

Our consulting service is a popular option for clients with their own purification instrumentation but require help setting up methods and best practices or are looking for advice about instrument options to set up in their own labs. Consulting starts at half a day up to a few days depending on the complexity of the instrumentation and method developments.
The consulting is carried out by one of our purification experts who have been working in the industry for over twenty years. Their extensive knowledge allows them to quickly understand the scientists’ goals and come up with a solution to meet the purification challenges they face.
Our experts have been trained by and learned from some of the pioneers of HPLC and have a deep understanding of the science of chromatography and have experience with a wide range of instrumentation from a variety of vendors. Our training starts by understanding our customers’ specific needs and then focuses on how to set up the methods and instrumentation to make the scientists satisfied and productive. Once the training is complete, we are always available for follow-up by phone or e-mail and if need be on site-support as well.
